    Welcome to Delaware County or as the residents call it DELCO. A quiet suburban county where nothing strange or exciting ever happens. Until one day a teenage girl has gone missing and weeks later her body is found floating in the Delaware River. She was the first of several girls to disappear. Fast forward to 16 years and Delco is experiencing strange activities. Some unexplainable events lead local police officers to believe they are dealing with ghosts.
